When I was
in elementary school, over 50 years ago, I had a pet toad. I loved it to
pieces. Took it to school for show and tell but it escaped. Made me very sad. So imagine my delight
seeing this little one sitting on a patio chair, five decades or so, later… I almost missed it because it blended
right into the background. I thought it was a leaf. Have you ever ALMOST missed seeing something, that
under closer observation revealed itself to you?
