You are way ahead of me too. Your decorations are beautiful. I have taken down all my fall things and will get them back to the basement storage and begin decorating for Christmas today. It'll take me a while as I can only handle so many trips up and down the stairs bringing everything out. My shopping has begun, but nothing is wrapped and more shopping to do.
I just love these three holidays at the end of the year. And they go away much too fast. When Christmas is gone, there's a depression that happens. I want it to stay like this all year.
It's beautiful I just wish I had the room to decorate like that. The children and grandchildren all come at Christmas and I have to use all the room I can to put air beds down and that takes up my room for a large tree.☺
I loved seeing all your favorite things, Taryterre. The little elf is my favorite, but I like those dolls on the mantel too. I went out of town for Thanksgiving weekend, and just catching up around here. I'm so impressed that you are all caught up on everything - now you can relax and enjoy the season. I'm trying to do the same.
Everything looks so pretty! I love your trees. I'm ready to start decorating as soon as I can get the hubby to bring all those heavy totes up from the basement. Hopefully soon! Take care and enjoy your lovely, Christmasy home!
Your speedy decorating has shamed those of us who procrastinate in the seasonal decorating department. Your home looks very festive & cheery! Love the stuffed reindeer by the stove heater & the way you decorated the tree. Everything look wonderful. Now you can relax & enjoy the season...right? I better get my Santa on & get things looking like a Winter Wonderland around here. Otherwise, the days will fly by & I will be done around New Year:)The weather is certainly Wintery out here. Lows in the teens and the high will not get above freezing for the next week. Fallish temps. to Arctic blast in just a matter of hours Now where did I store that thermal underware I bought in 1992? Thanks for the holiday inspiration & motivation. You have set the bar high.
Lovely decorations. I just put my tree up today but haven't decorated it. That'll happen tomorrow. I love this time of year with all it's lights and decorations.

Taryterre,
Nel loves the Chai Tea Latte too. And I got my reindeer at Michaels, just in case you're interested in getting one.
Enjoy the holidays.
