Yes, we definitely need to remember those who gave their lives for our country. I appreciate their willingness to go into battle to protect others.

How nice to hear it called Decoration Day again. Somehow that rings with the old-fashioned spirit of the initial intention.
Nowadays, many people simply view Memorial Day as another holiday and a chance to party.
We, indeed, must always remember the true meaning of courage and sacrifice.
