It's certainly cold here in windy and snowy Ohio. The winds making it seem worse than it would be without it. Visibility is low with the snow blowing and my windows have frost on them. I'm staying inside here where it is warm and cozy, but I can hear the wind blowing outside. I hope everyone has a place to keep warm in . Frostbite is very painful. I hope you have a warm and merry Christmas there filled with joy !

It is only 9 degrees here today and won't get up to freezing. We have nowhere to go and will not set foot outside the door unless Tommy goes out to get the mail. It is beautiful and sunny, though. The day is very sunny and bright with clear skies, amazing. I feel sorry for the people who are cold, indoors and out. There is hot chocolate. I may put on a pot of beans, because...why not? Stay warm. How are you both today?

MERRY CHRISTMAS! What a joy to read your entry today. LOVE IT!
Yes even in central Florida they are calling for freezing tonight. We are glad the citrus trees are not blooming.
But all in all we trust YOU and yours have a WONDERFUL Chrtistmas.
Sending LOVE and the BEST of wishes your way.
Sherry & jack ready for a MERRY CHRISTMAS down this way.

This is very good advice for all. Although we live in NH, we have no snow, just a lot of rain and high winds. Since we were traveling to visit family, we were thankful not to be doing so in snow. Best wishes to you and your family for a very Merry Christmas filled with joy, love and some surprises too.

Merry Christmas Taryterre! Well, I'm one who has the cold temps right now, in the 20's and 30's, and snow is coming first of the year. But I'm staying warm and cozy with the heaters in my house reading my favorite blogs. I hope the new year brings goodness your way, Taryterre. Thank you for being such a good blog friend all these years.

Merry Christmas, I like this cheerful post. Stay warm. I am one of the ones you mention that is not in blizzard or snow storm, it is 55 here and raining which we need.

I noticed it's been awhile since you last posted and hope all is OK and that perhaps you are just on a blog break. It happens.
