PUMPKINS, PONIES AND PULLED PORK

TREES IN ALL THEIR AUTUMN GLORY
greeting me as I head to the Harvest Festival

PUMPKINS AND GOURDS GALORE
MUMS
FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS AND WREATHS

ADORABLE SCARECROWS
A TRACTOR PULLED HAYRIDE
SWEET PONY RIDES
PULLED PORK AND CAROLINA SLAW
A GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALL.
GOODBYE UNTIL NEXT YEAR

P.S. The photos are not the best quality. Taken from my cellphone in bright light. I could hardly see what I was doing because of the sunshine  reflecting off the surface of it, as I was trying to take them..

P.P.S. Thanks to BUTTERCUP over at http://buttercupcountsherblessings.blogspot.com/
I won her Paper Culture Giveaway. I'm so-oo excited. I never win anything.  But now I have. As a result,  I get to pick out some lovely new notecards and stationary with a $50 gift voucher, she's going to send me. How wonderful is that? Made my day in a big way.

Your pictures are great. I love the colors and activities that are so synonymous with the fall. We're lucky to be having such a lovely long one this year, and it looks like you are too.

I have been meaning to stop by your blog for the past few days, glad I did! The Harvest Festival looked like a lot of fun! I enjoy local events like that. Hope you are enjoying watching the snow creep down our mountain slopes. Also I hope your husband is feeling better. Hugs, Ina

Thats a lot of punkins and fall stuff! I love punkins and fall stuff! I also love pulled pork...we had wonderful "church" pulled pork at the North Carolina state fair this very week, one year ago. My son lives in Raleigh. I have visited the triangle area for years and LOVE it there...thank you so much for your sweet comment on my blog about my magazine post. Your words mean so much to me!

Thank you for visiting Red Rose Alley. Your Fall decorations are so fun, especially the painted pumpkin. Fall is my most favorite season, and I really enjoyed your pictures. Harvest Festivals are the best.

Your decorations are just great.. You never have too lurk in my blog. Love to have a visit from you. Those yellow mums look like mine will if we did not get a freeze last night. We covered them but they were talking a hard freeze , last night and the mums are so tight. Congrats on your win. I would welcome you back any time. Sometimes I just have a boring blog, but I guess at my age, I am also very outspoken about some of my feelings, and people have become used to it and I think Like the honesty. I think it, I write it. Now I am going to see if i did freeze as hard as they said.
