XMAS SWEATER & GREETINGS

It's that time of year.
We are in the home stretch, peeps.
Time to get out your UGLY sweaters...
for dinner with the
family & friends-
this weekend.
Whether in person or by Zoom,
or another platform...
find JOY in the moments
you get to spend together...
this Christmas.
Life is unpredictable and you never know
what tomorrow might bring.
I think all of us are hoping
for a HAPPY ending...
when 2021 goes and the
 New Year begins...
like the movies we revel in.
Time will tell regarding 2022.
MEANWHILE...
We have to take things
one day at a time...
and just
SMILE.

 Don't forget your Christmas sweater.

I've got mine.
Though, I had to get
a BIGGER size
this year.
Too many cookies.
But I'm embracing
the more zaftig me.

Listen to this
new song by Michael Buble
while you get dressed
for dinner.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
to all my blog buddies,
family and other friends.
You are the only gifts I need
under my tree.
LOVE you ALL.

ENJOY! ENJOY! ENJOY!

You are NEVER too old
to look up into the night sky
for Santa on
Christmas Eve...

OK TT, cute video and blog entry. Like your sweater of course also like the top graphic 'Treat your Elf' nice. Yeah, I guess we are all children at Christmas, no matter how many we have watched come and go.

Love to you and yours and a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a wonderful New Year...
Love from a rainy Florida....

As happens each year, I love the array of Christmas sweaters. (Aside: Refusing to call them 'ugly.') IF I was tempted to buy one it would be those reindeer ice skaters. See, I'm too scotch to part with $ for something I'll only use a slim slice of the year.

Such a pretty post. If I bought something new, it might have to be a size larger. I like your sweater.

I just left a long comment, but not sure where it went. Anyways, I like your sweater, and I have a thing for elves hehehehe. I like how you participate in the ugly sweater get togethers every Christmas, Taryterre. Sounds like fun, and I've seen a few Christmas shows this year that had that in their theme.

Merry Christmas, dear friend, and thanks for your friendship all these years.

Thanks for the holiday wishes Tarryterre, and sending the same back to you and your family from Grenville and myself. Thanks too for the link to the music video, a fun watch., from a favorite performer. I only have one Christmas sweater and now you have reminded me that it's been many years since I've worn it.
(BTW, the comment that has a link to gaming is spam and would suggest it be deleted.)

I don't have any ugly Christmas sweaters, but the old sweaters I do have are now too small. I definitely don't wear as many sweaters as I used to.

Warm, wonderful, blessed holiday wishes to you and your family.

Taryterre, thank you for the e-mail and picture. It was so cute. I'm so sorry to hear you are not doing well with your spine. I hope you get the answers you need and start to feel better soon. Being in pain is awful. Thanks for your blog friendship all these years. Even though we are states away, I feel the closeness we share on-line and always enjoy reading your delightful posts.

I hope the new year brings you joy and peace, Taryterre.
