Winter Wonderland & MLK Day

Childhood memories of a snow covered landscape
stir up illusions of
Dr. Zhivago's winter wonderland.
Beautiful and breathtaking to look at.
But terrible to walk and drive in.
Be careful if you have to venture out.
OTHERWISE-
STAY WARM and get yourselves comfy cozy...
with a book or Netflix movie.
And ENJOY the scenery out your windows on this
Martin Luther Kings Day.

Happy MLK Day to you too. We have a winter wonderland here too and I am staying in and keeping warm. They are advising that if you don't have to go out to stay in and off the roads.

Tho' it feels like 100 years since I saw Dr. Zhivago, those snow scenes are cemented in my consciousness.

Taryterre, it's snowing right now in many areas. Our snow has melted, but I'm sure we will get more soon. Bundle up and stay warm. I love that photo of the little girl looking out the window with wonder on her face. I know how much you love stories, and I wrote one today on my post that you might enjoy.
I hope you are feeling better. : )

Good advice for any good day, Taryterre, and we never venture our in a snowstorm (unlike childhood days) but prefer to be warm and cozy indoors now.
