HAPPY TURKEY DAY

..HAPPY THANKSGIVING..
from my house to yours

I'm taking a little BLOGGING BREAK to celebrate the holiday. So if you don't see me post here, or commenting on your blogs, do NOT be alarmed. I'll be back DECEMBER 4th or sooner. Meanwhile, enjoy the little video below.

video

"America's traditions tend to indulge in over-eating, watching too much TV or  shopping. Therefore I suppose it's a MIRACLE that the concept of GIVING THANKS even surfaces at all." REMEMBER 'WHY' WE GATHER TO CELEBRATE. It AIN'T football or Black Friday.

PS). Also check out my other blog http://scooterladyridesagain.blogspot.com/

Enjoy your time off will be looking for your return. Careful. Thanks giving is a wonderful time for thanks, and a terrible time for folks who try to watch the food input. hahahahaha

Love from down here on the East Coast.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!! To me that is the day to be thankful for family and life is good. I remember as I get older, to enjoy every moment that I can be with family and that I am here for the holiday. Have a great one and see you later.

I am going to comment since you were on my blog yesterday I figure you may be back from your break. We have Thanksgiving or Christmas every year at my sons home and we may be standing to get ready to line up but we always listen closely to my son as he leads us in giving thanks for all of our blessings.

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Sorry I've been away from reading blogs. Sometimes it's so hard to keep up. If you add the new email subscription link to your sidebar that blogger now offers, then everytime you write an entry, it will go directly to my inbox. Have a good week!
