I can't believe the rotten timing of the hurricane. A lot of people will have their holiday ruined. Hopefully all will be safe.

We here are to have some really nice weather this weekend. I did see on the news where many were going to have to change some vacation plans if they were headed to the east coast due to the hurricane. Hope your holiday is a great one! Happy 4th of July!

Nice fourth of July to you. We won't do anything different other then go to the next town over to watch the fireworks display at nine pm.

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY, TARYTERRE! We are having a barbecue today and maybe watching fireworks later. It was more of a big celebration day when the kids were small. Maybe it will be again when I have grandchildren.

Terrytare, I hope you had a great 4th. Ours was like it has been for as long as we have lived in this house almost. 20 years we fear for our house because of our alcoholic neighbors. First mom and dad and when they died an early age, I consider 63 early, the sons took over. They get totally out of control. We could not afford to move if we wanted to .
